Past life regression - case study 1

Patricia (not her real name) is a married middle aged woman who was having problems in her marriage because of the neglect she felt from her long distance lorry driving husband.

Patricia had been reading lots of books about China and she was with a Chinese girl at the time
Patricia found herself in China in the past, her husband who was a horse drover had gone on a long journey and she didn't know when she'd see him again, leaving her to look after her 2 year old son. She travelled to a distant village to seek help from a wise woman when they were caught up in a violent storm and the village was washed away into the river, she lost her grip on her son's hand and he slid away from her, she too fell and drowned.

What I did next was to ask Patricia to pin point any similarities from this scene to now.

  • There was a Chinese girl in the room where this was taking place
  • her husband was a long distance lorry driver
  • She did not have a son (only two daughters) but felt the son in her experience was her friend Dave whom she was very fond of. She felt however that Dave did not feel the same way back and that he would "slip through her fingers".
  • The week before she had been on a bus when it travelled through a village where mud was pouring down the embankment during a violent rain storm.

At no point before this experiment had she dreamt of this scene, seen it on TV but she had been reading many books on China just before.

A year later when I checked to see if she could remember any of it she said she couldn't and when I asked about her husband and Dave she said Dave had slipped out of her life. When I tried to get her to reconnect using the trance state, she had no experiences like this.
