There are many reasons why people fail at
weightloss and the following are observations from many people I have
encountered over the years - not just clients but friends and family.

has their mind set on something specific - a wedding, getting a partner,

Personality also has some influence. People who rebel against authority

is a must with weightloss, your subconscious mind is the same age
as a 7 year-old, it is this part of your mind that demands foods that
are unhealthy. If you can say NO to a child, you can say NO to your
urges.
You must ask yourself - What will happen if I do not lose weight?

during the day, snoring and even heart failure), gall bladder disease,
polycystic ovary syndrome, high blood pressure and high levels of
blood fats.
